Rachel L. Cohee
Human Resources Consulting
Rachel L. Cohee graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.A. in Print Journalism. She completed media internships with The Greenville News and with a prominent lobbyist group in Washington, D.C. Upon graduation, she began work with Alltel where she handled multiple administrative functions including overseeing the temporary labor workforce.
In 1998, Ms. Cohee began an 8-year career with Color Resources International, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator and eventually became Human Resources Manager. Her duties included recruitment, benefits administration, payroll processing, employee performance evaluations, employee discipline and terminations, OSHA recordkeeping, and environmental reporting.
During her tenure at Color Resources International, Ms. Cohee also completed numerous Hazmat, Safety, and First Aid certifications. She also completed the SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) certification course for the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) program.
In March 2006, Ms. Cohee began employment as a Human Resources Consultant with Susan E. Crocker, Inc. She handles client payroll processing, benefits administration, new hire orientations, employee handbook writing and revisions, background screenings, and various human resources functions. Ms. Cohee also coordinates an employee birthday and service recognition program for several clients.
